The Kings Cross Quarter is a mixed use development comprising 118 residential units, 800 square metres of offices, 150 car parking spacing and associated communal amenity space. The ten storey development is located a short walk from Kings Cross St Pancras Station and the surrounding 27 hectare urban regeneration project.
Tyréns have been working on the project since 2015. We have been responsible for the design of high quality residential communal garden, which has been envisaged as a three separate terrace levels defined by a stone clad feature wall, all DDA compliant. The dynamic of the podium courtyard with different terrace levels gives an opportunity for an exploration of diverse settings through children’s play area, seating areas with ornamental lush planting, and with playful sculptural element as a central feature. As a part of delivery package are also green roofs from planning through to construction. We have just completed the construction packages for the landscape works.
